Director, Public Policy – Anita Liu
Anita Liu has over ten years of experience in policy and research on all three levels of Canadian government, including agencies of the United Nations. Prior to joining CORE, she worked as a Gender & Human Rights Consultant at the World Health Organization (Western-Pacific Regional Office), Food & Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and was the Assistant Scientific Director of Gender and Health at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. She has a research-based Master’s of Science (Neuroscience) from McGill University and an Honours Bachelor of Science (Sexual Diversity Studies and Neuroscience) from University of Toronto.
